Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bunch fresh basil or arugula or spinach
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast optional
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Puree everything in a small blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
