Using canned coconut milk, transform it into a beverage or cereal-style non-dairy milk.

Ingredients
1cancoconut milk
1.5-2canswater
1tbspunrefined sugaror puree medjool dates, or a few drops of stevia
Instructions
Put the coconut milk and water in a pitcher. The exact amount doesn't really matter, just whatever proportion gets you the consistency you want once it's stirred up.
Stir in the unrefined sugar, stevia or puree it with some soft dates.
Keep covered, in the fridge, and use within about a week and a half. Stir as you use to avoid clumping.
