Ingredients
1tspmatcha green tea powder or 2 bags green tea
1cupnon-dairy milk
1-2Tbspalmond butter or 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt
1-2medjool dates pitted
1Tbspchia seeds or ground flax
Instructions
Boil some water, and whisk the matcha powder in a mug with 1-2 cups water, then pour into a blender. Or use the tea bags, and steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag and pour the hot tea into a blender.
Add everything else to the blender, and puree until smooth.
