Ingredients
1/4cupdried cranberries or 1/2 cup frozen
pinchcinnamon optional
1-2tspfresh ginger or 1/4 tsp ground
1apple cored and chopped
1-2cuphot water
1Tbspchia seeds or ground flax
1-2Tbspnut/seed butter
Instructions
Puree everything in a blender until smooth, leaving one corner of the lid up to allow air flow, and adding more water if needed for the consistency you enjoy in your smoothie.
