Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white beans cooked or canned (1/3 of a 15oz can)
  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp red onion
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-4 Tbsp water

Instructions

  • Puree everything together in a small blender or food processor until smooth.
