Tbsp
nut/seed butter
I used tahini

Tbsp
maple syrup
or Bee-Free Honee
1/2
cup
unsweetened shredded coconut

Tbsp
almond flour
or replace half with plant protein powder

Tbsp
matcha green tea powder
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the nut/seed butter with the maple syrup until smooth.
Add the coconut, almond flour (and protein powder if using), and match powder. Mix until thoroughly combined, using your hands if necessary.
Form into small balls, about one tablespoon each. Keep in the fridge up to a week.

If you want to boost the sweetness of these bites, try adding 5-6 drops
vanilla stevia
to the nut/seed butter and maple syrup mixture!
