Yup, these plans are fully vegan, so all the recipes are free of meat, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs and honey. They’re also plant-based, with a focus on wholesome foods and minimal added oils and sugar.
That’s not to discourage my meat-eating followers, but to be honest I don’t know how to cook chicken or eggs, and since I’m vegan I do things plants-only.
