You don’t need to take any additional supplements beyond the ones I regularly recommend for long-term health.

However, if your body is deficient in certain nutrients or imbalanced in a certain way, you may need extra supplements to rebalance and catch up.

There will be recommendations in the cleanse program, and I’m always available for a one on one consultation if you want to work in more depth and figure out your hidden blocks and imbalances.
