This cleanse is not about deprivation, so feel free to eat more! I have tips inside the members’ site about good options if you feel hungry, but basically you can eat however much you like of the foods I have in the cleanse, which are wonderfully nourishing whole plant foods.
So eat more bananas, avocados, oats, quinoa, almond butter, add some vegan protein powder – whatever keeps you going within the basic outline of the cleanse is totally fine!
