Why Eat Plants? Healthy vegan burger & fries makeover
Heather Nicholds, C.H.N.

One of the most important choices you can make for your health is to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds, herbs, and spices. Incorporating more of those foods into your life has powerful effects.

If everyone had just one vegan meal a week, the impact for animals and our planet would be MASSIVE.

Obviously would be even bigger if we all went fully vegan, but I know that’s not going to happen – at least not overnight! It’s all about progress – not perfection.

Personally, I would be thrilled if you just started moving in the direction of more plants and less meat. That’s why we’re doing this in baby steps.
